In addition to any user-created fields, there are many “special” and predefined fields available in Details Mode.
These fields are exportable, may be called onto templates via @codes, and/or appear as part of various reports.
In some cases, the contents of the field are not editable by the user, such as the Keys, where the information is created by the software, or the Fulfill and Preorders columns, where the order key and package codes are automatically added to the field when a customer’s online order is downloaded.

Any user-defined text field can be called onto a template by simply placing the @ symbol in front of the field name. However, Timestone Software provides a set of special ‘system’ @codes that can be used on a layout (and elsewhere) to retrieve certain data.
