Re-Downloading Online Orders

From time to time the need may arise to re-download an order that has already been downloaded into the production software. Reasons for doing so may include:

  • The order needs to be processed in Fulfill instead of NeoPack or vice versa

  • The order was mistakenly deleted from the production software

  • Customer or shipping information needs to be changed

  • Changes need to be made to order notes or prompt fields

To re-download an online order:

  1. Log in to the service panel - https://{yoursitename}/service

  2. Select the Orders object

  3. Find the order

  4. Edit aspects of the order as needed

  5. Change the order's status to 'Mark to Redownload'

  6. Click Update to save the changes

  7. The order will re-download

Order details including customer information, items, and payment status displayed on the screen.

Warning!

Re-downloading an order will delete the order that has already been downloaded and remove any of its products already in the print queue. If the order is an Identify order, it will need to be re-identified.

How do I re-download an online order?
